📦 Exchange and Return Policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase! That’s why our exchange policy follows the guidelines of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (Law nº 8.078/90), ensuring full transparency and respect.

1. 🕒 Exchange Period

You may request a product exchange within 7 (seven) calendar days of receiving your order, in cases of purchase regret, in accordance with Article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code.

2. 📦 Conditions for Exchange

To be eligible for exchange, the product must:

  • Be unused, unaltered, and with original tags;

  • Be in its original packaging;

  • Include the invoice or proof of purchase.

Products showing signs of use, misuse, or damage will not be accepted.

3. ⚠️ Exchange for Manufacturing Defect

If the product presents a manufacturing defect, the customer has up to 90 (ninety) calendar days after receiving the item to request an exchange or return.

All products reported as defective will undergo a technical evaluation. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, the customer may choose to:

  • Exchange for a new product (subject to availability);

  • Receive a full refund.

Important:
Products showing signs of misuse — such as tears, stains, excessive wear, improper washing, or inadequate storage — will not be exchanged or refunded.

🛠️ Procedure in Case of Misuse
If the technical evaluation determines that the defect was caused by misuse, the store will:

  • Inform the customer with a brief report and photos;

  • Explain that an exchange or refund is not possible;

  • Offer to return the product, with shipping costs paid by the customer.

💰 Shipping in Case of Alleged Defect
If the customer reports a manufacturing defect, the initial shipping cost will be paid by the customer.
If the defect is confirmed, the store will:

  • Reimburse the shipping cost paid by the customer;

  • Proceed with the exchange, refund, or issue of store credit.

If no defect is found, the customer may request the product to be sent back, covering the return shipping cost.

5. 🚚 Shipping Costs

  • If the store makes an error (wrong product), shipping is on us.

  • For exchanges due to regret or incorrect purchase (color, size, etc.), the first reshipment shipping cost is covered by the company.

  • In cases of alleged defect, the initial shipping is paid by the customer and reimbursed if the defect is confirmed.

  • Cancellations after shipping will not receive shipping refunds.

6. 💸 Refunds

If a refund is requested:

  • The amount will be refunded using the same payment method as the original purchase.

  • Processing time may vary depending on the payment method (up to 5 business days for cards and up to 10 business days for boleto/pix).

  • Cancellations after shipping will not receive shipping refunds.
